Own a Minute — registry requests
Tbilisi, Georgia
Include the certificate serial (MR-000148) or the minute (2005-06-17T10:23Z) if you have it. If you have neither, describe what you saw and we will find it.
If you are named in an entry someone else wrote
Say so and we will take the entry down while we look at it. We do not ask you to prove your identity first, and we do not ask you to argue your case before anything happens. Removing something for a few days that turns out to have been fine is a much smaller harm than leaving something up that was not.
If you wrote it and want your data out
We redact the note, the display name and your account data, and keep the minute as claimed under an anonymous serial. The record survives; the personal data does not. The minute is not resold, because it was genuinely bought.
The published dataset is refreshed monthly, so a redaction reaches it at the next refresh. Copies people already downloaded are beyond our reach — that is a real limit of a permanent public register, and we would rather state it than imply we can reach into other people's hard drives.
If you want the whole entry gone and your money back
Also fine, and we will release the minute back into the pool. See refunds.
How long
Acknowledgement within a few days, action within 30. Anything involving a named living person is treated as urgent and normally handled the same week.
Copyright and other legal claims
Send the same address a description of the material, where it appears, what right you hold, and a way to reach you. We will respond to genuine claims and we will say no to ones that are really about not liking what somebody wrote.
